1. Stay home if you are not feeling well, have cold or flu-like symptoms, or had exposure to someone with covid-19 less than 14 days prior.
2. Prior to the start of your first match you will be asked questions as a pre-screen by a Racquet Wars team members to confirm you’re in full health.
3. Play at your own risk, covid-19 waiver must be signed before play. Practice personal responsibility and awareness.
4. Bring your own hand sanitizer or disinfecting hand wipes; glove(s) optional. Racquet war will have hand sanitizer on the courts, wipes next to coolers and bananas. But just in case bring your own.
5. Bring your own full water bottle, cups, ice, and/or sports drinks. The Omni or Racquet War will not be providing ice or water on or off the courts. Bring a small towel, paper towels, or gloves to use when touching common surfaces.
6. Always practice social distancing by remaining 6 feet apart from others. Place personal bags and belonging 6 feet away from other player’s items.
7. Wearing of face covering is optional. The Racquet War staff will wear face mask.
8. One can of tennis balls will be used per court. Hand sanitizer will be available on each court for players to use after serving if desired.
9. Remove tennis balls at conclusion of play and drop off at one of the designated ball drops.
10. Avoid all incidental contact. No high fives. No shaking hands.
11. There will not be a Tournament desk. Racquet War will assign courts online and through text message. All players should go directly to their court #’s assigned.
12. After matches, Racquet War will have staff members close by to verify winner and collect scores.
13. All Racquet War draws, courts, scores, and information will be updated regularly and posted on the RacquetWar.com website. There will not be draw boards posted on site.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19. The novel coronavirus, COVID-10, was declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Healthy Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious. As a result, the State of Florida and the County of have issued emergency regulations to address COVID-19.
Omni Amelia Island Plantation and Racquet War (“the Tournament”), pursuant to the current guidelines, has put into place preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of the spread of COVID-19. However, the Tournament cannot guarantee that you and/or your family will not become infected with COVID-19 during your voluntary activity at the Tournament or on the Tournament grounds.
By Signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my family and/or I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-10 by attending the Tournament and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks to accept sole responsibility for any injury to my family and/or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I and/or my family may experience or incur in connection with my or my family’s attendance at the Tournament (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my family, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Tournament, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Tournament, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after my or our participation in any activities at the Tournament or on the Tournament property.
